Overview of Offerings
Urban Ayurveda conducts workshops globally with the goal of integrating healing ayurvedic techniques into spas. Our highly trained Ayurvedic Practitioners will work with your spa therapists to infuse meditation, yoga and other various offerings into each spa service to highly enhance the guest experience and give them the tools and resources to bring home these techniques. We offer a variety of training's listed below and will cater any training format to fit the needs of your spa therapists.

+ Ayurveda Body Therapies
$3,000.00 (3 Days)
This workshop is designed to teach you the therapeutic and rejuvenative benefits of Abhyanga and Shirodhara and create a strong foundation for learning and understanding the ancient practices of body therapies.
You will learn the massage techniques and necessary information about Abhyanga to practice it as an individual therapy.
Focus will be placed on the subtle aspect of Ayurveda while still incorporating the use of oils and medicinal herbs to heal and balance. You will learn that no matter what type of person comes for this treatment, Abhyanga is beneficial for everyone and this therapy can be customized per individual.
